Trail S’Miles specializes in trail-savvy equines, but some of them are great arena partners as well! Samantha has personally worked with each of these equines to provide you with the most honest assessment possible when matching you with your future equine. She prides herself on integrity and safety. Each of these horses comes with a buy-back contract as Samantha cares about their futures. Extensive trail experience, camping and former racer - he’s an all-rounder.
“Scooby” Dungeon Dragon is a 15yo 15h Standardbred who has been extensively trail ridden after his racing career (Registered with the US Trotting Association) and took care of his 75yo owner. His owner decided to rehome him due to her personal progressing health concerns. He excels with an intermediate+ rider - Western or English riding. Needs boots or shoes on all 4 for trail riding.

Whiskey is a Paso Fino x Tennessee Walker. He is young (6yo) and 14.1h. While he has had some initial formal training and exposure to arenas and trails, since we got him, we have continued to put another 90+ days of professional training on him, and have continued to desensitize and expose him to different types of riding and situations.
He needs a home that is willing to truly build a bond with him. He’s sensitive and follows his rider anywhere once they are bonded. Buyer will be encouraged to work with current trainer for a few sessions to ensure a smooth transition to his new home.
