NIKO

COMPANION – Niko has come a LONG way! He was a loose pen horse, with no history, but all he needed was a soft landing, kind reassurance and food. He is a BEAUTIFUL, kind, loving and willing black, 4 year old Mountain Horse (from his coggins). Niko is currently adoptable as a companion only as although we treated him EPM, we believe he is partially blind, and he may have some neurological side effects. Niko is up to date on all his vetting, dental and farrier needs, and has gained quite a bit of weight. He comes running when you call his name.

DUNNY

Meet Dunny, a sweet, willing gelding with a calm demeanor and a love for the trail life. We’ve been working with him in various environments, and he’s really come into his own! Consistency and trust are key for this boy!

✅ Stands tied, for saddling, and for mounting
✅ Crosses water, mud, logs, and more
✅ Will follow, lead, or settle comfortably in the middle of the herd
✅ More “whoa” than “go” in the arena – but shines on the trails!

Dunny has made great progress and is happiest with a confident rider who enjoys time on the trail. He’s up to date on vaccines, dental, and Coggins, and ready for his forever home.

He will have/experience the side effects of DSLD in the future. While we understand that this is scary for most horse owners, this boy still has a lot to offer and deserves a fulfilling life before he becomes a pasture pet.

ZEKE

PROJECT – Zeke is a 3 year old John mule who will be Pony Sized (12 hands possibly?)

Zeke will need an experienced mule and training home, or a home that is able to work with a trainer as he is young and confident. He is curious, smart and his mischievous antics usually get us laughing.

Zeke is gelded and up to date on his vaccinations. He is currently in training with us and we periodically post updates to his Facebook Album.

Zeke’s adoption fee is $750

RENEGADE

PROJECT – Renegade (Reggie) is a young pony who thrives under consistent love, attention and positive training. He was a former rodeo horse and is branded. Once in hand, he is quite willing.

SYMPHONY

Symphony | 20+ years young | Mare

When Symphony arrived, she was little more than a whisper of herself — frail, weak, and with a body score of 1. One day, she even fell and had to be helped back to her feet. But Symphony’s spirit never wavered. With time, love, and consistent care, she’s gained weight, strength, and confidence — and she’s shown everyone just how bright her light truly is.

Through it all, Symphony has remained the sweetest soul — gentle, patient, and endlessly kind. As she’s healed, her personality has blossomed. She nickers softly for attention, leans in for scratches, and has the curious, joyful spark of a puppy in a wise old mare’s body.

Now, Symphony is ready for her next chapter — a loving companion home where she can continue her recovery and live out her days surrounded by kindness, comfort, and care – she just wants to be loved.

HARMONY

Harmony | 12–15 years old | Rocky Mountain Horse | Mare

Harmony is a living melody of resilience, gentleness, and quiet strength. When she arrived, she was thin and uncertain, with a body score of 2 and a heart that had clearly been let down. But every day, she’s learning to trust again — and every day, she gets a little closer to believing that love and safety are hers to keep.

This beautiful mare has all the classic Rocky Mountain traits — that stunning dark coat, calm and willing disposition, and the smooth, natural gait that makes this breed so special. WIN, WIN, WIN!

Harmony trailer loads easily, stands quietly for the vet, farrier, and grooming, and has been a perfect lady for tacking and mounting. Even with her limited time under saddle (I didn’t want to push her while she regains her strength), she never took a wrong step — steady, patient, and eager to please. Once she’s filled out and fully strong again, she’ll make a wonderful, reliable trail partner.

Her dental, vaccinations, coggins, and farrier work are all up to date — she’s healthy, happy, and on her way to a full recovery. Harmony does have some blue-ing in one of her eyes but she doesn’t seem affected by it at this time.

What Harmony needs now is a kind home to continue her journey — someone who will cherish her for the gentle soul she is and help her write her next, brighter chapter.
